🎟️ YOUR EXCLUSIVE HOTEL-GUEST WRISTBAND Guests staying at Socialtel will receive an exclusive-colour event wristband identifying them as venue-hotel residents. Your wristband also confirms your entitlement to the breakfast included with your reservation, so please wear it throughout your stay. ☕ BREAKFAST: 8:00 A.M.–11:00 A.M. Breakfast is served daily between 8:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m., with seating in the area alongside reception. Seating is limited, particularly at busy times, so please be patient with the hotel team and your fellow guests. 🎬 LOCATIONS CREATED FOR CONTENT GRABBYS has made a selection of interesting filming locations available to content creators and studios staying at the venue hotel. These include: Two communal shower rooms located on Floors 7 and 8. Six additional rooms shown in the accompanying photographs. A notice displayed at each location provides important information about accessing and using that particular space. Please read and follow the instructions before filming. We hope these locations inspire exciting collaborations, creative new ideas and plenty of hot new content during GRABBYS Latin! ⭐ EXCLUSIVE MAIN-STAGE SEATING At every main-stage event in the Garden, special square tables seating four people will be reserved exclusively for hotel guests. Tables will not be allocated to individual names or room numbers. They will simply be marked: RESERVED EXCLUSIVELY FOR HOTEL GUESTS Seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend arriving in the Garden early to secure your preferred table. ⛔ SPONSOR TABLES ARE RESERVED Larger circular tables will be reserved for sponsors and their invited groups. Unless you are part of a sponsor’s group, please do not sit at these tables—even if seats appear to be available. 🪪 ARRIVAL, IDENTIFICATION AND REGISTRATION Every guest must present valid photo identification when checking in. Each guest must also complete a short registration form. A QR code linking to the form will be displayed at reception. Completing this promptly will help make your arrival quicker and easier. 🌙 BRINGING A VISITOR TO THE HOTEL Hotel residents returning with visitors who do not have a GRABBYS wristband may only bring them into the hotel between: 12:00 midnight and 8:00 a.m. Every visitor must: Be accompanied by a registered hotel resident. Present valid photo identification. Allow the door staff to photograph that identification.
