Modern Slavery Statement

This statement is made by GRABBYS Events Limited pursuant to section 54 of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 and sets out the steps we take to ensure that modern slavery and human trafficking are not taking place in our business or supply chains.

1. Our organisation

GRABBYS Events Limited produces The Grabbys Europe and The Latin Grabbys awards and operates the related app and services. We work with venues, production crews, hospitality partners and technology suppliers across Europe and Latin America.

2. Our commitment

We have a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory labour, and human trafficking. We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all of our business dealings and relationships.

3. Our policies

• Employees and contractors are paid at or above legal minimums and are free to leave at any time.
• Our supplier code of conduct requires compliance with the Modern Slavery Act and equivalent laws.
• We provide a confidential channel to report concerns: compliance@grabbys.app.

4. Due diligence

We assess higher-risk suppliers (production labour, hospitality staffing, on-site logistics) before engagement and require written confirmation of compliance with applicable labour laws. We reserve the right to audit and terminate engagements for non-compliance.

5. Risk assessment

We consider the principal risk areas to be temporary event staffing and third-party hospitality contractors. We mitigate these risks by working with vetted partners and reviewing engagements annually.

6. Training

Relevant staff receive briefings on identifying and reporting modern-slavery risks.

7. Effectiveness

We measure effectiveness through the absence of reported incidents, completion of supplier attestations, and annual review of this statement by management.

8. Approval

This statement is reviewed and approved annually by the Board of Directors of GRABBYS Events Limited.
