DMCA Policy

GRABBYS Events Limited respects intellectual-property rights and complies with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"). If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, please send a notice as described below.
1. Submitting a takedown notice
Your notice must include:
- An electronic or physical signature of the rights owner or authorised agent.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- The URL or sufficient description of the allegedly infringing material so we can locate it.
- Your full name, address, telephone number and email.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the rights owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorised to act on behalf of the rights owner.
2. Designated agent
Send notices to our designated copyright agent at dmca@grabbys.app. Use the subject line "DMCA Takedown Notice".
3. Counter-notice
If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to dmca@grabbys.app containing:
- Your signature.
- Identification of the material removed and the location it appeared.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, of good-faith belief that the removal was a mistake.
- Your name, address, phone, email, and consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal court.
4. Repeat infringers
We may suspend or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyright.
5. Misrepresentation
Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing — or was removed by mistake — may be liable for damages.
