These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of The Grabbys app, websites, and related services ("Service") provided by GRABBYS Events Limited ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.

2. Account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials, passkeys, and devices secure, and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at info@grabbysevents.com of any unauthorised use.

3. Tickets, packages and bookings

• All purchases are subject to availability and confirmation of payment.
• Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Unless required by law or stated in the specific offer, tickets and packages are non-refundable.
• We may refuse entry or revoke access for breach of these Terms, the event code of conduct, or applicable law.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or infringing purposes.
• Resell tickets outside of channels we authorise.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service or its security.
• Upload content that infringes third-party rights or violates our community standards.

5. User content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display and use that content as needed to operate the Service.

6. Intellectual property

The Software powering TheGRABBYS.app is a property of MODELBOARD CANADA INCORPORATED and is used under license by GRABBYS EVENTS LIMITED.

The GRABBYS name and logos, (excluding user content) are owned by GRABBYS EVENTS LIMITED or our licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws.

7. Third-party services

The Service may link to or integrate third-party services. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms. You may close your account at any time from your account page.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts, unless local consumer law grants you broader rights.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
